Permanent exemption in 498a and dv

Hello Learned members,

On what basis permanent exemption applications are being granted by lower courts ? Me and my entire family is falsely implicated in 498A and DV cases.

Can we put health ground for parents for permanent exemption from the case ?

Can we put Job ground for siblings for permanent exemption from the case ?

Please suggest.
