I want to know the exact process to buy an resale plot in Nigdi Pradhikaran Pune.
Process I heard is -
- Agreement to sale between Buyer and seller.
- Submit Transfer Application to PCNTDA
- Once PCNTDA confirm the transfer amount to be paid, pay transfer fees
- Tri Party Deed of Assignment between PCNTDA buyer and seller.
- after deed of assignment for plot Deed of transfer for construction on plot.
- After this PCNTDA gives transfer certificate and allotment letter.
Please confirm or suggest in case of any gap.
