Dear Sir,
I am rajesh, I have received an appointment letter from SAIL for which i had applied through proper channel from my present employer NHPC.
The court case is pending with my present employer to clear the pay anomaly in the pay scale. SAIL is agree to protect the present pay but not agree to protect any pay which may increase due the out come of this case.
Please suggest me in this case
