I served as an Assistant Teacher in a school for more than 11 years.Now I have joined in a college.
The Basic Pay in school drawn by me is 22810 (Rs.18010 as Band Py +Rs.4800 as Grade Pay).The initial Basic pay in the college is Rs.21600 (Rs.15600 as Band pay +Rs.6000 as GradePay)
The West Bengal Govt. has protected my Basic Pay as Rs.22810(Rs.16810+Rs.6000),not Band pay i.e. Rs.18010.
So u r requested to do the needful.
