I live in the area consisting of total 4 rooms, kitchen, chowk and lat/bath.
There are 2 rooms and kitchen in 30'*32' at the one side of property. there is 24' chowk in front of these rooms and kitchen. On the other side of this chowk, there are 2 rooms and lat/bath of 25'*25' .
In April-July 2017, government was distributing patta under Deendayal Upadhayay Gramin Patta Vitran Abhiyan.
I have also applied for patta for my whole area.
But I have received patta of 30'*32',( I.e. 2 rooms and kitchen).
The above mentioned patta is given under Rule 157, Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rule 1996.
I want to know that why patta was not given for the rest of my area? (ie. Chowk, lat/bath and other 2 rooms)
Please give me right direction.
