Hi All,
Can anyone let me know how to get patta for Tharisu land of 250 Sqft which is adjacent to 1064 Sqft plot which has patta and got recently purchased. I am yet to transfer patta for 1064 Sqft land.
Is it possible to get patta for the 250 Sqft land which doing patta transfer for 1064Sqft land which has registered to my name recently.

On whose posession or name is this Tharisu land of 250 Sqft? How do you claim ownership of this additional 250 Sq.ft land?
Do you mean to say that this is poramboke land? and in your possession for more than 30 years?
