I have a case pending against me with306 & 498a ipc. I was planning to renew passport. I got noc from court for the same. Since it doesn�t mention the number of years passport office said passport can be renewed for only one year. Can someone share details of any previous judgements made by court wer court has mentioned number of years in the order. I�m planning to go to high court for the same.
