Hello Sir/Mam,
I have filed the first petition for Divorce 1 month back and now i want to fly to US on tourist Visa for 1-2 months.
My passport is not changed after marriage ,according to passport I am still unmarried.
I don't have any marriage certificate but have legal document to validate that first petition is filed for divorce on mutual consent.
Can you please advice how to go ahead with documents required with Annexure-K.
