Partition suit - memo -court fee

hi,
in case a partition suit,in hindu family, between myself vs and my two sister and if one sister wants to go for a partition ,

what is the difference between she filing just a memo with court fee asking for partition vs giving written statement to my notice accepting all facts and agreeing for partition..

is the former a economocial way or is it done for a reason. which of the above option will have a weightage.
