Partition of property

Sir, My mother was married in May 1989. Her dad and mom were passed away before 2010. My uncle didnt partition the property of my grandpa and grandma. He blackmailed us that my mom was signed in a document infront of a lawyer but she doesnot know anything in that document because she is uneducated. Is there any possible of partition the property of my grandma and grandma???
