Parking charges

Hello, I am interested in buying 2bhk in Andheri west, Mumbai. Building has OC obtained. but Parking charges are 9Lakh rupees. Is it reasonable?

Bombay is the commercial capital of india. So parking charges are 9 lacs may be true.
