Our Company havings two units 1st units in patna and 2nd unit in Himachal pradesh covered which covered under Exemption unit for Indsutries for 10 years.The 2nd unit of the company having Less than 20 worker and not covered under for P.F as per Provedend Fund Act , however 1st unit is applicable for P.F act. The second unit is not strat any commercial production, so i want to know if the 2nd Unit is applicable for the P.F. act or not?? if yes or no whats the reason behind this??
