Hi
I have a flat in a CGHS in Delhi and a member of the society through this ownership. I want to purchase another flat in the same CGHS. Am I allowed to purchase it? And if yes, what does it mean that the society will not make me a member via this flat? What implications does it have on me as an owner of this second flat.
