Owning more than 1 house

This is regarding house ownership in slums in Mumbai. Accordingly to Maharashtra law, one person can owner of how many houses in slums in Mumbai ? Is there an upper cap to it ?

A person claiming a Permanent Alternate Accommodation must not have any other Residential house in his or his wife or his minor children's name within the jurisdiction of mumbai.
