My Mom raised a case in the court in the year of 2013 regarding the property share, its almost 2 years now but till today we have not even called to the court for anything, everytime our lawyer says i am running your case dont need to your. if i check the case in the online portal https://ecourts.gov.in/services/cases/case_no.php?state=D&state_cd=3&dist_cd=21# the status shows issues, how many more time it make take, is there any chances to move this case to fast track. If anyone can help i can share the case details.
