Section 498A was introduced into the Indian Penal Code in 1983

The Centre for Social Research (CSR), established in 1983.

Do you this this is really a coincidence that this organization and the legal terrorism law came into existence the same year ?

This organization is heavily funded by Western feminist lobby groups and anti Men organizations.If 498a is ablolished then madam from CSR will loose her job and you may clearly see the frustration of these feminists after last weeks judgement on 498a by SC.

SC judgement on 498A doesn't harm or abolish 498A at all. This judgement had simply added a step before arresting the persons accused. Also SC has asked the State Govt. to apply these steps in their respective states but its going to take quite much time before these steps actually takes place. I can bet half of our police force are not even aware of such judgement as of now.
