our builder has developed a club house on the open space and earning thru it by alloting the membership to other then society members. in condo he has mentioned "the grantors shall be entitled to sell and dispose of on ownership basis the club house and to execute deed of apartment in favor of respective purchaser". where does the society stand in this matter and how can we stop the misuse?
