i filed a suit against the property on 2013.
now this month I went to each government departments BBMP / BESCOM/BWSSB
by writing the written compliant this property under Os no 250 don't permit for the newly constructed building for trade / food license and not to provide water and power for commercial purpose and got the acknowledgement with seal.
And today I applied rti attaching the xerox copies of the acknowledgement seeking the action against the petition .
is it work the government bodies will not permit any type of license which is under case
