I have a peculiar problem. A mentally unstable woman has been visiting our premises. she stands in front and starts scolding in filth without any reason or provocation. Initially we ignored it. As she started doing it quite often we made complaints to Police. The local Police called her family and warned them but, did not raise an FIR. The problem is continuing and we have become a laughing stock in the neighbourhood. Though we have made additional written complaints, the Police have not registered any case and say they cannot help us. We feel very humiliated and live in fear everyday. Can someone guide us what we are supposed to do and the correct procedure to solve this problem.
