Hi ,
I Joined a MNC on 1st may , but due to some issues i did not liked it and i ledt it on 15th may , I sent my esignation via mail from home and joined another company on 16th may .
DO i still need to buy back my notice period of 8 weeks as mentioned in appointment letter ??
Keep in mind i did not signed my appoinment letter ??
Also i want to know in case of buyback only basic salary is considered or total salary ??

I donot have appointmrnt letter copy, actually i was aware of the fact that i will be leaving this company in 1 oor 2 days , so i did not signed it and asked them that give me that in 2 days
No they have not served me a notice.
