I am working as an individual freelancer. I was hired by a client through online freelancing portal for one of the project. I completed the work and submitted to the client but since then he is not responding to my emails.
I asked the freelancing portal mediation team to interfere and ask client about his non responsiveness. Freelancing Portal team also has not got the reply from client till they warned the client about this account suspension. Client's reply to them was "the work was not satisfactory and they did tried to approach me but I did not supported them ".
But in actual, after submitting the work, client never approached me directly. Very recently, his team members approached me and I had just said them ask client to directly approach me. I could not disclose the project detail to his members as I was not sure if they are still working with the client or not.
Please suggest me what to do in such case. Can I approach the labour court and how easy would it be?
