Hi,
"No poaching agreement between two different companies" .
My query is that i applied for a company job post, but they are stating that my company and other got into no poaching agreement.
But this type of agreement will ruin our opportunity. Please advise

in few sectors where the attrition level of employees are very high, their the companies do indulge in such practices to avoid poaching of their employees as they spend money on training of their employees as per their business requirements.
i understand it hurts the prospects of the employees. you may approach the court challenging the agreement executed between the companies.
