Iam an advocate. In Feb.2020 I won a case in a service matter pertaining to promotion in Karnataka Administrative Tribunal. In the first hearing itself, after getting no objection from the govt pleader. ordered the police dept to give the promotions to the applicants with retrospective effect within four months from the date of order.
The dept vide it's letter dated 15th June 2020 gave an endorsement following receipt of the applications stating "whatever done by the dept is correct.,
Hence, next is to request the Tribunal to quash the endorsement or to file a contempt petition according to the Administrative Tribunal Act.
