Newspaper ad for ownwership of property

Hello everyone, I am owner of a residential plot all property documents are in my name. Some people are making claims regarding ownership of the tittle and spreading rumours I n market. I want to give an advertisement in local newspaper stating that I am the exclusive owner of the plot. Will this help and can I seek relief with help of advertisement if at all matter goes into litigation in future. Can I claim benefit of sec 34 of special relief act or which act shall be applicable in this case. Pls advise. Thanks

Quick Summary
A property owner is seeking advice on placing a newspaper advertisement to assert their exclusive ownership of a residential plot amidst rumours and claims. They want to know if such an advertisement provides legal standing and if it could be beneficial in future litigation, potentially under Section 34 of the Special Relief Act. The consensus is that a public notice is advisable to inform the general public and disclaim liabilities for those acting without verifying the facts.

Yes you should notify general public about it. you have to dis-claim all the risk and liablities ; state in notification that any one acting in this behalf without acertaining the reality shall be liable for his/her own risks
