Dear Sir,
I am purchasing a property in outskirts of Bangalore. I was told that the lasnd is agricultural and its a 200 acre project approval for first phase is done. and the marking for plots are also done. Please tell me what documents should i get from the seller in this regard.
Please note we are the first buyers of the plot which is converted in a mega project.

Title search report for past 30 year from the advocate
7/12 extract, latest mutation entry
Land type from the Local regulatory authority stating the zone of land
Public notice before the purchase of land theough advocate
