New Divorce Laws & Marriage Amendments Bill may be passed as a law this monsoon session which started today. Be aware for the most poorly drafted and draconian laws to be passed against men......keep your fingers crossed and hope that it does not come up and gets delayed, lapsed and drowned in the din and cacophony of various other important national issues like the food security bill, land acquisition bill, etc....

I Doubt that the new ammendment bill would get passed as it is as of now.
If gets gets passed there would be chaos & marraiges will start breaking off.

govt of india proposed a marriage amendment bill that will exterminate all males and husbands . This bill proposes that wives can divorce one sided after three years and will take away half property of Male husband. We will be left ...with no choice , yes men will not get similar treatment.They will lose all they haVE . Please help in stopping this daylight dacoity . THIS IS OUR CHANCE TO PREVENT BAD LAWS

Firstly it won't get passed as only 8 working days left in parliament monsoon session. Even if it gets passed, it will be applicable for new cases and not ongoing cases
