we are living in 1st floor and the ower of groundfloor is badly harresing us for water leackage,even we once allow them to open the line nd we pay for that to plumber,now they come with another leackage,which we have strong doubt that hey had made themself.what should i do..today we had a quarrel,we totally co-operate with them first,even the plumber was their reference..they call thier plumber....he takes 2 days diging time in our bathroom.and at that time..5..6 times a days people randomly visit our home..top check..which is emmbarrising..pls help what to do...nd what if they file a fake police complain
