Need urgent help

I had a LIG flat allotted by DDA, I sold it in 2001 to a relative and stayed on rent in the same flat but I did the registry only in 2005.

I applied for CGHS membership in 2003 and gave a affidavit that I do not own any other flat in delhi. The allotment happened in 2010. I converted it to freehold in 2011.

Now I do not have any proof that I did not own the LIG flat from 2001 - 2005. I read somewhere that if the earlier flat is less than 67 sq metres that there is no problem but I am confused.

Need your help to understand whether I am ok legally or can DDA/RCS take action against me?
