This is me, myself and self. I have got a serious problem about property share with my father and my younger brother who are simply obsessed over the property bought by my late mother. Though all of us are legal heirs they are housed in their spouses houses, while I stay in rented houses. They had offered false assurances for the last 22years and also abstained me from investing in apartment. Now it is too late for me to avail bank loan and invest due to very short period left for retirement and the rising cost of land value. I want to file a partition suit and claim the one third share as entitled.
But unable to do so, without a reliable and reasonable advocate. Please help.
