need information

I completed my law course and am awaiting for advocate enrolment meanwhile am practicing. in a magistrate court I entered two steps into court hall and called one advocate to represent my office case , the magistrate of that court noticed that and scolded me as well as he can put me into accused box . I didn't wear black coat and tie I was wearing black pant and white shirt . is this offence or contempt of court or I interpreted court proceedings. weather magistrate can do such act? ( asking me to sit inside the accused box) . can I filed a complaint against that magistrate?
