Hi,
This is for my friend. She has been married for 3 years and has a daughter. Her husband abuses and talks bad and doesn't take care of her. He even illtreated her when she was pregnant. He blames her for adultery just like that, and none of them is true. And she wants a divorce now only if she can get her daughter to be with her. I am enquiring for her as I myself don't know about muslim divorce laws. She told me that he is the worst father her daughter could ever have. Her parents know about the problems but she hasn't told them about it yet untill she knows the legal ways to get around this.
Can someone help me regarding the same? I would be very grateful to you .
