Well it is alright for so much discussions on finding persons to form LLP.  I request through this forum that every advocate at every place must, must and must  be ready and know the LLP its formation , running and dissolution. It is a said truth that advocates have not been due place by law makers for various such activities.

Please note that there will be explosion of LLP formation at every place once its advantages are kwon to commercial community.

Only act and not rules and procedures provide for any role for advocates for LLP formation. But act provides that and advocate will one of the professional to sign documents while submiting it for registration.
