I AM A TECHNICAL WORKER in a private company. I injured by machine on duty since 18 march 1995. my injury case was filed in court by FIR. company told me that you will be appointed as supervisor. after compromising such offer company employer told me that you have to operate the machine. I am a permanently disabled person. company however is not giving me any compensation.
at this time i am completing 16 years of duty. company employer is not paying me as well as other labourers any gratuity.
I want to ask you what I have to do to get compensation and gratuity.
