I am planning to buy a property in Chennai, the property is self owned by the owner, the owner of property is alive and he has 3 sons,Just I want to know that all 3 sons has to be present while registering property and as well as is there any need to take any kind of NOC from owner's sons, After purchasing the property from owner, their son has any kind of rights on property......thanks a lot

If the property is "Self-Acquired" as you meant, Signature of the Vendor alone would suffice. But there are possibilities that you might have overseen certain risks and possibilities. So I suggest that you approach an Advocate for "Legal Opinion" to gain more insight and clarity for your case in specific.
