We, the landlord have filed a case for eviction of tenant for bonafide reason. The family comprises of 10 members. 4 members who were earlier living on rent (when the case was filed) have come to stay with the rest of the family although there is shortage of accomodation(2 rooms
+1 drawing room converted in the bedroom) Need the citation where the landlord's family members (who were earlier on rent) have come to reside during pendency of the case.
