I would like to know the following:

1. Can someone explain to me about the nature of disposal='Otherwise'

2. Who won the case is it the petitioner or respondent?

Hi,

I tried to view the case status in mumbai district court for a particular petitioner.

Most of the civil suit have the following case status:

Case Status	CASE DISPOSED
Nature Of Disposal	--OTHERWISE

Can someone explain me what does Otherwise meant as nature of disposal?
