Mrs.xxxx change her name to Ms.yyyy and remarry another man and that man is not aware that she was married earlier.
her 1st husband can sue her 2nd husband but what is the status of his marriage, as per his marriage certificate he is married Mrs.xxxx but now that Mrs.xxxx is not existed officialy.
1st husband cannt send notice to Ms.yyyy, she will not take court notice. and it return back. and court drag case year after year.
if Mrs.xxxx is not existed and court drag the case is it worth to fight the case ? or what is the remedy
