presently i am doing my service in indian railway as station master in 4200/- Grade pay and i have been selected as an auditor in Grade pay 2800/- by STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION . i was applied through proper channel and application for N.O.C was already acknowledged by railway administration but presently they are saying that they will not give N.O.C as i have been selected in lower Grade pay post. i came to know that they have already given N.O.C to some employees in previous years for GP 2800/- who were working in 4200/- GP.
so sir kindly give advice to me in this matter
