My wife is having bi-polar disorder and they hide this from me even after marrige and harrased me

My wife is having bi-polar disorder and she becomes too aggressive and abusive, and her parents never informed me about her illness. Until now they deny about her illness and its almost 3 years of our marrige and day by day it is getting worse.

They told about her illness after 1 year of marrige that too they said its depression only and occurred after marrige.
Untill now i never had any evidence of her medicine , because her parents were giving her by hidig from me. When ever she goes to her  home they visit doctor and gets medicine and she took medicine by hiding from me.

But as it is not depression, even when taking medicine she behaves abnormal and violently.

Somehow i got her medicine slips that are 1 and half year ago from our marrige to untill now. with same high dosage.

I want to file a divorce but i have a fear that if she will demand for money, do i need to pay because they did fraud with me, then how can i be safe

I have post office NSC with my brother as joint holder, my brother is secondary holder.
if such thing happens what will Happen to that NSC money.
I dont own any other property, home is on my mother's name

I have some saving in my demat account.  I do not have any job or business

In evidence i have medical slips, audio recordings and call recodings, where her father is denying and lying about her illness.
Will these be sufficient to file divorse case?

Now she is at her parents home from last one month.

as i consult with doctor he said her decease is not cureable

How safe i am in this case?

You can file a contested divorce case on the grounds of cruelty for the unruly and arrogant behaviour of your wife due to her mental illness.

You can consult an advocate and proceed as suggested.

Based on the facts you’ve shared, you have a strong case for divorce under the grounds of fraud and mental disorder as per the Hindu Marriage Act. The concealment of your wife’s bipolar disorder before marriage, coupled with the evidence you’ve gathered—medical slips, audio recordings, and the doctor’s confirmation that her condition is incurable—solidly supports your claims. While financial concerns are valid, your lack of income, the joint nature of your NSC with your brother, and the fact that the house is in your mother’s name protect you significantly. Courts generally take fraudulent concealment of such a critical condition seriously, and this could limit or nullify any claim for maintenance or alimony.

It is upto you wheather you want to go with divorce or not! think before taking decisions.

I had conversation with local advocate, he said even if we won the case with all the evidences  even then also I  need to pay for living expenses or lum sum.
I dont understand what kind of justice is this.
He said only case when you prove a girl characterless with proof only then you dont need to pay , else in all other cases you need to pay.
He said if after within 3-4 months we did the case then you dont have to pay, but as it is 2 and hald years you need to pay.
Not having any fault of mine i am suffering till now and if i go for case then also i have to suffer, he also said case could take 3 years till then they can also file case for monthly expenses. And during the case i need to pay month expenses.
What should i do in such case

Once the marriage is proved then you are liable to provide her maintenance amount to her provided she is not having sufficient sources of income to sustain her expenses.

This is not justice but law of the land, you cannot object the prevailing  law and as a citizen you are bound by the Indian laws
