My name is Amit. I have applied for mutation of name before ten months but i am not getting proper response. I have produce every document asked by them. first, I was stated that a link document is missing my appllication so i approched respected registrar office but could find as documents were burned in a fire incident. So, I have produced letter from registrar office that document was burned in the incident. Then, I was asked to make a affidavit that if any issue arises in future regarding mutation of name then it would be cancelled. I also made affidavit and produced but still my mutation is not done. I have visited ghmc office for more than 200 times in last six months but no one is ready to solve my issue. Hence, requesting you to please help me in solving my problem.
now, there are saying name in records are not matching.
