Motor accident claim

Last year on 5th-Jan-2011 I met with an accident. I was just crossing the road and reached near road divider and suddenly one bike came from right side at more than 70 km speed and hit me. I fell down on road and my right leg fractured very badly and also got lot other injuries. I am taking orthopadic treatment since last one year. 7 surgeries happened on my leg. For 7 months i was at home only and not able to join my office. Still my leg is implanted with heavy rings and rods and I have to walk using walker. Doctor removed 1.5 inch bone from right leg and now my one leg is shorten permanently. The person who hit my by bike is also caught and we did FIR against him. Now, he is economically not that much strong also from scheduled cast and we also found that bike was third party and also not insured. He is working as a ‘Safai kamdar’ in Municipal corporation. He is denying to give single rupee as my compensation and asking to do compromise in court. We also denied to do any compromise in court and started our case now. So, In this condition what will happend for my case. What judgment I can expect from court. I want compenesetion of my total medical expeneses and my financial loss due to not able to join duty for 7 months. Also, I got permanent damaged in my leg will not able to walk properly for lifetime.
