My parents expired when I was a minor, therefore the Bombay high court ordered bank to deposit money from my mother's saving account in the court, which I was supposed to receive after I turned 21. The lawyer appointed by the court is asking for 25% of the money to retrieve it. I also tried the legal aid department but with no success. What can I do now to get the money back..??
