Mother make a "will deed" in favour of son

I am single son of my parents. I have three sisters . All the property of my mother is earned by herself. She make a legal "WILL DEED".  In her "WILL DEED" I am owner of all the property after her absence(death). I would like to know only one thing. Can any of my sister claim for the property in future?

every WILL is meant to be challanged. When you seek to get property tranmsfereed then your sisters will get a notice and it is for them to decide at this stage if they have to challange the  WILL and if so on what ground.
