i took money on interest from a money but i already paid much more interest than actual amount.. and now i m not able to pay the interest as well the amount i took... the lender have my signed cheque and signed stamp.. ..

Give complaint to police of taking xorbitant interest .they file criminal case against him.

Yes, there is no point in approaching the police. The best option is to serve a legal notice, under due acknowledgement, detailing the loan taken, payments made so far and seeking return of the blank cheque.
