I own a export firm (sole proprietary) .
1. I would like to assign a person as a consultant , who is working in a private concern. He is not going to be a permanent employee of my firm.
1(a). will the terms and condition of the MNC company he is presently workingwould restrict him from being a honorary consultant for my firm?
2. Would like to have the media and design part of the work done by the budding potentials who are currently persuing their degree on a full time college. In what way can I make them as an temporary employee of my company although they are not going to physically present inside the company. May I know what are the term and conditions and the laws that govern the same.
