Planning to buy a flat in a society which is built-on a plot leased by MHADA for 30 years. The society has already paid the premium and has been paying the lease rent for last 21 years. Is a NOC needed from MHADA to buy a property in such societies ? The building was constructed by the members of the society and not by MHADA. Does MHADA need to be informed about the addition of new member? And whether a NOC needs to be taken from MHADA for addition of new member?
