merger of co-operative society

there is one housing scheme. for which builder has formed 3 different co-operative societies. builder has handed over the charge after many years. till date management was done through AOP. now as charge is given but 3 different societies are there. is it possible to merge all of them and make one society. remedies and views are needed. thanks.
