merger of co-operative society

there is one housing scheme. for which builder has formed 3 different co-operative societies. builder has handed over the charge after many years. till date management was done through AOP. now as charge is given but 3 different societies are there. is it possible to merge all of them and make one society. remedies and views are needed. thanks.

Get a list of members, conduct a General Body meeting with free lunch/entertainment, invite a star for the function, convince all the members of strength of majority, and get a decision passed, involving Registrar of societies.
