I am working in Axis bank and joined in Aug 21. My supervisor keep on targeting me and saying bad words and always pressuring me to put resignation. Please advise me how to handle this situation
This discussion addresses a situation where an employee at Axis Bank is experiencing persistent mental harassment and pressure from their supervisor to resign. Advice suggests documenting all incidents, reporting the behaviour to higher authorities like the Branch Head, Regional Head, or HR, and gathering evidence. It's recommended to seek support from colleagues and consider alternative employment while preparing for potential future actions.
Bring his behavior to the attention of the Branch Head or Regional Head or HR. If possible record the conversation regularly for a period of 7 days and keep such evidence with you. Remember, that such harassment further escalates and you should be prepared to face all situations. Enlist the support of your colleagues as their evidence may be required in case of evidence.
Get your HR involved in the matter with some documentary evidences including other evidences of your mental torture. This may be referred for any future litigations. Further if you are capable, find some other job and thereafter drag the supervisor, the HR and the Company in a money suit claiming compensation.
