Mental harassment and partiality in allotting work load

Sir I am serving in a primary school in Gujarat. I had joined school last year. And I am also pursuing my ph.d. The problem is that I have been descriminated by the head teacher and other collegues since I joined the school. I have been alloted more work tactfully. At the same time, I have been given administrative duties like to go to make photocopies of diifferent papers which is according to the Right to Education illegal. Accoding to the RTE, a teacher should not be alloted administrative work. I was forced to stay in my classroom during the recess hours by threatenig that the District primary education officer  can punish and give notice to  me for having lunch at office during recess. So what kind of legal steps can I take against my head teacher  ? What kind of proofs can I represent to strengthen my case ?
