Mediation done what next

Hi I m victim of 498a 406

Mediation done in high court mediation cell

And terms laid down in agreement after that we got ab based on that

Then we applied for 482 quashing of fir the girl came and told judge first he has to give me the divorce the judge passed the order first divorce under 13b mutual consent then fir quash till then this petiition is pending and adjournd sanidie

Now my question is how safe im after divorce if girl doesnot do quash what will happen

Please help

If there is an endorsement on the application by the court that the quash matter will be taken up after the divorce issue is settled through court, you may wait until then and later on file a memo along with a certified copy of the divorce judgment/order giving the facts and seek for the original relief already sought for in the main petition for quashing of FIR u/s 482. The court will not go back on its earlier commitment.
